Leasing Basics

  • Our lease terms range from 6-15 months.

  • Short-term leases of 3-6 months require an additional fee of $300 per month. Month-to-month leases are subject to a $500 monthly fee.

  • No - the quoted amount for rent is base rent only.

Pet Questions

  • Of course your pet can. They're part of the family.

    • One time pet fee of $325 for 1 pet, $650 for 2 pets

    • Pet rent $25/month per pet

    • Limit 2 pets per home

  • We do have some breed restrictions! Please reach out to our leasing team for more info!

  • We love a chill cat. All cats must be domesticated and non-aggressive.
